We’ll begin by creating your very own botanical aromatherapy roller, blending beautiful essential oil aromas and adding delicate dried botanicals for a personal touch.

You’ll get to choose a gorgeous handmade yoga strap, followed by gentle, restorative movement using your new strap.

An afternoon to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and enjoy a little well-deserved self-care.
